You can figure out what activities are best for you and examine all of the offerings with the help of the professionals.

NADA’s Valentine’s Day Welcome Reception
One of the most talked-about events is the 2020 Welcome Reception hosted by J.D. Power. Enjoy some cocktails as you mingle with industry leaders. This networking event is hosted at the XS Nightclub at the Encore. It begins at 5:30 p.m. and lasts through 7:30 p.m.
Keep in mind that this event is not included with the NADA 2020 show registration. You will be responsible for purchasing an additional ticket for $99 if you are a NADA member.
Extend Your Weekend
You also don’t want to head out too soon. On Monday, February 17, there will be plenty of events happening that you shouldn’t miss. The General Session on Monday is held by Mary Barra, the Chairman and CEO of General Motors. She will be sharing insights about creating a stronger future in the industry.
Furthermore, NADA Chairman Rhett Ricart will discuss what’s coming for NADA 2021 and other future years.
You can also use these last few hours to connect with exhibitors. There will be more than 500 companies on-site sharing products, services and solutions. Likely, you will need this extra day just to see them all.
On Monday, you can also expect workshops and education sessions related to the following topics:
- How to Get Customer Retention Above 80% Within 12 Months
- Have You Been Gambling With Your Service Department?
- The One Word Nobody’s Talking About: “Creative”!
- Five Key HCM Processes to Maximize Employee Performance
- Risks and Solutions for Used-Car Retailing

We recommend sticking around for both talks titled, Success: It’s on You with Ross Shafer as well as The Power of Appreciation: Inspire Success, Engagement and Perspective by Being Appreciative with Mike Robbins.
Of course, traveling home on Monday, February 17 also makes the most sense if you want to avoid airport congestion and traffic. It’s a win-win situation for your employees.
